Purchasing: When ordering from us you can assure that we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, however, in case of an error we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Payments: Your item/s will only be shipped after payment had been cleared. We are not responsible for any lost payment/s over the mail.

Shipping and Handling: We process the orders on a first come first served basis. We will normally send your order to you within 1-5 business days. We do not guarantee any on-time delivery.

Returns Policy: We only accept returns within 15 days after item/s had been received. If you feel you have a valid reason for a refund please contact us and we will look into the matter. Should we decide to refund your item then a 10% re-stock charges will apply. There will be an additional postage charge for all exchanges. This charge will be the same as the delivery charge you were initially charged upon purchase. Returned item/s must be in original unopened condition. Full refund including shipping charges can be refunded if we were at fault.
